For many companies, insurance is one of the largest line items on their financial statements. From Work Comp to Employee Benefits, companies are continuing to face exorbitant prices at every renewal. What’s a company to do? Kellye Smith, PHR, will help break down the complicated jargon of the insurance industry to give an insider look at what’s actually driving prices and provides tangible workplace strategies to drive down cost over time.

Kellye Smith, PHR

For many, the thought of speaking in front of a group of people is terrifying. Not so for Kellye Smith who’s been getting in trouble for talking too much since kindergarten. For the last 11 years, Kellye has worked with Ross & Yerger’s corporate benefit and property & casualty insurance clients to strengthen the skillsets and proactive risk management profiles of HR and Safety departments. Often praised for her ability to take complex topics and explain them in laymen’s terms, she has also been touted as having a unique ability to take very boring topics and make them entertaining and understandable. Kellye is a PHR, Certified Administrator of Integrative Leave Management, and leads Ross & Yerger’s team of Resource Consultants.
